The two routes
Residence Permit
Qualifying residential property may support a residence permit application in Türkiye, subject to the applicant, the property, its location and the requirements in force at the time of application. BASE REIC supports the property selection, acquisition and documentation process.
Citizenship by Investment
A qualifying real estate investment may support an application for Turkish citizenship when the statutory investment, valuation, holding-period and registration requirements in force are satisfied.
How the property side runs
Establish the Objective First
We first define whether the objective is residence, citizenship or a standalone real estate investment. This determines the property criteria, transaction structure and documentation required from the outset.
Confirm Eligibility for the Applicant and the Property
We review the property-related conditions applicable to the transaction, including title status, location and current acquisition requirements, and coordinate the process with the authorised advisers handling the applicant's eligibility.
Select a Qualifying Property
We identify properties that meet the relevant requirements and also stand on strong real estate fundamentals: location, legal status, valuation, marketability and long-term investment quality.
Valuation & Documentation
The required valuation, title and transaction documents are prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations and the procedures of the competent authorities.
Acquisition & Title Registration
The acquisition is completed through the official title registration process. Where the applicable route requires a holding commitment or title annotation, it is recorded in accordance with the current legal procedure.
Application with Authorised Advisers
The residence or citizenship application is handled before the competent authorities by the applicant and appropriately authorised professionals. BASE REIC provides and coordinates the real estate documentation required for the property component of the application.
