Quality policy

Quality is decided in the moments before work is closed up, not at the final check before handover. Our quality system is built around being there for those moments.

Quality Is Decided Before Work Closes, Not at Handover

A check on handover day finds only what is visible — not what went into the fabric and will not be opened again. Our system is there at those closing moments, while a defect is still cheap to correct, rather than after handover.

Our commitments

Verified Before It Is Closed

Anything that will remain inside the fabric is checked and signed off at defined stages before it is closed up. What cannot be looked at later is looked at while it still can be.

Specified Materials, Verified

Materials are checked against specification on delivery, with certificates retained. A substitution is a decision to be approved, never a discovery made later.

Records as Evidence

Verification records, test results and approvals, kept as the building's usable history rather than as paperwork produced to pass an audit.

Defects Closed Before Handover

A snagging list is worked through and closed, not handed over as a document. Outstanding items are stated plainly with dates against them.

Everything you can only look at on handover day was decided months earlier by someone assuming no one would look.
